The 513 Racing’s heavy-duty structure and versatile clamping capability of 10” to 26” (24” external) are what gives it this incredible price to performance ratio rarely found in premium tyre fitting machines.

Brand new for 2019, this tyre changing model boasts the fitters favourite increased column height and a bead breaker opening which enables the equipment to handle rims up to 15” wide.

The inclusion of our famous ‘megafit 2’ robotic assist arm also ensures full capability when working with ultra-low profile and run-flat tyres.

Quadraclamp as Standard

The 513 Racing comes as standard with Hofmann Megaplans infamous Quadraclamp system, arguably the strongest, most reliable, and most functionally perfect turntable ever made.

While traditional tyre changers have used two clamping cylinders to operate four clamps our QuadraClamp system uses four clamping cylinders, one per clamp, meaning a level of performance and longevity like never before.

Evo – Go Leverless!

A simple thumb-operated control lowers the ‘finger’ under the bead of the tyre and lifts the bead over the rim without effort. The finger is protected by a replaceable Kevlar cover for total peace of mind, and all other actions such as bead breaking & clamping are the same as that of the conventional versions. This gives the operator the benefit of lever-less operation combined with the familiarity of conventional tyre changing to which they will have become accustomed.

Hofmann Megaplan garage equipment is supplied built and tested, with free delivery, ready for installation by one of our expert engineers. We are therefore pleased to offer our customers a 24 month parts and labour warranty. This comes as standard and no action is required.

Extended warranties are available on Hofmann Megaplan garage equipment, through Care Plans from our sister company, ISN Garage Assist.
